摘要
制浆黑液含大量木素降解产物,COD和色度很高,可生化性极差。本文采用酸析-絮凝-Fenton氧化偶联工艺对其进行预处理,以期降低污染物浓度,提高可生化性。首先考察了pH对酸析的影响,结果表明pH为1~2时效果比较好,CODCr和色度去除率分别达30%和70%左右。然后考察了絮凝的影响因素,结果表明,pH=7,PAC加入量为1600mg·L-1,PAM加入量为20mg·L-1时,CODCr和色度去除率分别达40%和75%。最后考察了影响Fenton氧化的因素,结果表明,合适的反应条件为pH=6,30%H2O2加入量为8mL·L-1,FeSO4·7H2O加入量为5g·L-1,反应时间60min,CODCr和色度去除率分别达到62.5%和81.4%。处理后的废水可生化性大大提高。
There are quantity of media products of lignin in pulping black liquor that causes high COD and chromaticity and hardly biodegradation. In this paper, acidification-flocculation-fcnton oxidation technology was employed to pretreat pulping black liquor, expecting to decrease concentration of the pollutants and improve its biodegradability. Firstly, effect of pH on acidification was studied, and'the results showed that CODCr and color removal rate achieved 30% and 70% respectively when pH=1-2. Secondly, study on effect of factors on flocculation was carried out. The results showed that CODcr and color removal rate achieved 40% and 75% respectively when pH was 7, the optimum dosage of PAC and PAM were 1 600mg.L^-1 and 20mg.L^-1. Lastly, effect of factors on Fenton oxidation was studied. The results showed that the appropriate conditions were pH=6, the volume of 30% H2O2 was 8mL. L^-1, the amount of FeSO4.7H2O was 5g.L^-1 and the reaction time was 60min, under which CODcr and color removal rate achieved 62.5% and 81.4%, respectively. The biodegradability was improved obviously after treatment.
