摘要
目的分析艾滋病的死亡原因,以改进防治措施,降低病死率。方法对我院收治的19例获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)的死亡患者进行回顾性分析。结果19例AIDS死亡患者CD4+T细胞计数平均为(48.30±46.47)cells/mm3,可同时合并多种机会感染,63.16%的患者死于呼吸衰竭。结论呼吸衰竭是HIV死亡的常见原因。
Objective To analyze the death causes of patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS） for improving treatment measures and decreasing the death rate of it.Methods To analyze retrospectively the death causes of 19 died inpatients with AIDS in our hospital.Results The average count of CD＋4 T-cell was（48.30±46.47） cells/mm3.One and the same patient always had manifold HIV-related opportunistic infections.There were 63.16% patients died of respiratory failure.Conclusion Respiratory failure is the main death cause of AIDS patients.
