摘要
VA 菌根真菌侵染大多数植物,与植物的根形成共生体。VA 菌根对植物吸收磷素的重要作用已为许多资料所证明。VA 菌根还有提高植物对锌、硫、铜等微量元素的吸收,以及产生激素、增强植物抗旱能力等多方面的生理功能。由于 VA 菌根真菌不能在纯培养中生长,依靠接种盆钵培育的寄主植物获得的接种剂数量有限,大规模的田间应用尚有困难。而用于接种果树、蔬菜等移栽植物的幼苗,把已经形成菌根的幼苗移入大田。
Tomato seedlings were inoculated with inoculum(Glomus spp.)obtained from clover pot culture.The use of inoculum at 0.5 to 2.0 g/300g potting media contributed to early infection and resulted in whole inoculation at seedling stage.No evident affection on plant growth was obsered whie the infection of vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi deve loped within myco- rrhizal roots.Limited by nutritive area mycorrhizal see dling did not upt- ake more phosphorus and nitrogen from potting media than nonmycorrhizal ones at the some stage.
