摘要 氧化物热电材料Ca3Co4O9与传统热电材料相比具有其独特优势,因而引起了广泛的关注。评述了Ca3Co4O9热电材料的主要结构、热电特性及其Ca位掺杂研究的进展(掺入Na,Bi,Ag等),并对Ca3Co4O9热电材料的应用前景进行了展望。 Oxide thermoelectric material Ca3Co4O9 has drawn much attention since it has unique advantages in comparison with those traditional ones. The basic structure, thermoelectric properties and doping research (Na, Bi, Ag, and etc. )of thermoelectric material Ca3Co4O9 were summarized. Future application of the material was also prospected.
