半导体照明中光色转换用发光材料的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 鉴于半导体照明市场的目前状况以及无机发光材料的研究动态与发展趋势,结合大连路明发光科技股份有限公司、日亚化学公司等国内外一些重要单位的研发工作,侧重对几类可与蓝光芯片或近紫外芯片匹配的典型荧光材料体系的研究进展作了评述,并对国外硅基含氮荧光材料的研究进展作了介绍。 In view of the present solid-state lighting market and research trends of inorganic luminescent materials, research progress of several kinds of typical luminescent materials matching with blue chip was reviewed by integrating the research work of Dalian Luminglight Co. , Ltd. , Nichia and other important research units.
