摘要
用出芽实验和琼脂扩散法筛选抗白念珠菌中草药，同时作５０％乙醇浸提液与水溶液对照试验，从１１６种中草药中筛选出对白念珠菌具抑菌作用的药物共３８种，其中前法筛选出有效药物３１种，后法筛选出２１种，两法均有效者１４种。两种浸剂对照试验结果表明，除少数药物外，５０％乙醇浸剂与水溶液对白念珠菌的作用无显著差别。
By means of germinative test and agar diffusion, anti Candida albicans drugs were selected from Chinese traditional and herbal drugs which were extracted by using 50% ethanal and water,thirty eight of 116 sorts of drugs had bacteriostatic effect in which thirty one were sifted by germinative test,twenty one by agar diffusion method and fourteen by both methods.the results of the control test showed that the former on Candida albicans had no difference than later except a small number of drugs.
