摘要
针对辽宁凤城硼铁矿资源,在测定矿石成分及其目的矿物嵌布特性的基础上,采用细磨磁选的方法进行了分选研究,并考查了磨矿细度对分选效果及磁铁矿解离度的影响。结果表明,随着磨矿细度的增加,磁选精矿中铁品位逐渐提高,B2O3和铀的品位呈缓慢降低趋势,当磨矿细度达到-320目占99.26%时,精矿中铁品位达到60.27%,回收率为76.76%,磁铁矿单体解离度为79.23%。该研究将为确定合理的分选工艺奠定基础。
Directed at the characteristics of Fengcheng ludwigite ore, and based on the mineral composition and dissemination features of Fengcheng ludwigite ore, a laboratory study on separation technology of the ore has been performed by using fine grinding and magnetic separation methods. The influences of grinding fineness on separation efficiency and libration degree of magnetite were investigated. The experimental results indicated that the iron grade in the concentrate is increased with the increase of grinding fineness, and B203 and uranium grades showed slowly decreasing trends. At the grinding fineness of 99.26% passing 320 mesh, the liberation degree of magnetite reached
79.23% and a concentrate of 60.27% Fe with a recovery of 76.76% was obtained. This research work can lay a good foundation for selecting rational separation technology of the ore.
