摘要
目的根据临床实践对人工气道患者实施吸痰护理，探讨吸痰后可出现血流动力学改变、心血管及神经系统的副作用。方法通过临床护理对人工气道气管内吸痰患者进行评估、吸痰时与吸痰后出现病情变化。结果28例患者吸痰时和吸痰后卅现并发症的主要有气道损伤、低氧血症、感染、颅内压增高、心律失常。结论严格执行无菌技术，选择质量好的、合适的吸痰管，合理使用呼吸道湿化液，为减少血液动力血的改变主张在吸痰前应使用呼吸机进行高容量通气或高浓度氧疗。
Objective Patients with artificial airway were implemented sputum suction for care according to the clinical practice,to explore that hemodynamies change and the side effects about nervous system and cardiovascular system appeared after sputum suction.Methods Through clinical care,evaluating the state of illness before and after sputum suetion.Reauhs Complications appeared in 28 patients between and after sputum suction, the complications mostly include airway injury,hypoxemia,infection,intracranial hypertension and arrhythmia.Conclusions Strictly enforce aseptic technique,select a good quality and suitable suction tube,rationally use respiratory humidification liquid,stand for using ventilator to do high-volume ventilation or high-concentration treatment before suction sputum in order to reduce hemodynamics change.
