摘要
选取质量填充系数、模温、料温和搅拌速度4个工艺因素,对一种硬质聚氨酯泡沫的发泡过程进行4因素3水平的正交试验。通过对实验数据的分析,讨论了工艺条件对这种硬质聚氨酯泡沫泡孔结构和性能的影响。结果表明,提高模温,能够有效改善泡沫的整体密度、生长方向的密度和泡孔的均匀性。在40℃的模具温度,2000 r/min的搅拌速度,2.0倍质量填充系数时,硬质聚氨酯泡沫密度和泡孔均匀性最好;随着质量填充系数增加,力学性能提高。
The process conditions including filling coefficient, temperature of mould, temperature of materials and stirring speed were selected and the 4 factor 3 level orthogonal experiments of one kind of rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) were designed. The effects of different process conditions on cellular structure and performances of this RPUF were discussed through analyzing the experimental data. The results showed that increasing the mould temperature improved the uniformity of the whole sample density, the growing direction density and the cell significantly. The uniformity of density and cell was optimal on the condition of 40℃ temperature of mould, 2000 r/min stirring speed and 2.0 filling coefficient. The mechanical performance was improved with the increasing of filling coefficient obviously.
