摘要
目的观察养血清脑颗粒治疗大学生紧张性头痛(TH)的疗效。方法将64例紧张性头痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组(32例)用养血清脑颗粒治疗,对照组(32例)采用罗痛定片治疗,疗程为3周。比较治疗前后2个月两组的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组在治疗后头痛程度评分从6.1±1.5降至2.2±0.8,发作次数从7.3±6.5减少2.7±1.9及持续时间从74.6±80.1缩短至29.1±30.2,观察组则分别由6.3±1.9、7.5±6.9、72.5±83.7降至3.9±1.4、4.9±3.8、52.8±49.5。治疗组总有效率为93%,对照组总有效率70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张性头痛安全有效。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of yangxueqingnao granules on tension headache （TH） of university studerits. Methods Sixty patients with tension headache were randomly divided into two groups, a treatment group （ n = 30） was given with yangxueqingnao granules and a control group （ n = 30） was given with rotundine tables, and one course was three weeks. The effects and side effects were assessed 2 months after the treatment in the two groups respectively. Results The total effective rates were 93% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group respectively, with the scores of the degree of headache reduced from 6.1± 1.5 before the treatment to 2.2 ± 0.8 after the treatment and the frequency of headache per month reduced from 7.3 ±6.5 to 2.7 ± 1.9, and the time of headache every time shortened from 74.6 ± 80.1 to 29.1 ± 30.2 in the treatment group, while in the control group, the three indexes reduced from 6.3 ± 1.9 to 3.9 ± 1.4, from 7.5 ± 6.9 to 4.9 ± 3.8 and from 72.5± 83.7 to 52.8± 49.5 respectively, showing significant differences between the two groups and the efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Yangxueqingnao granules are safe and effective in the treatment of TH.
