摘要
对海上风机桩基础与导管架的灌浆连接技术进行了总结,并通过室内试验和有限元计算分析,从灌浆材料、施工工艺、设剪切键的作用和环形空间内部结构设计等方面,对桩基础与导管架的灌浆连接技术进行探讨。根据某海上风电场的地质及荷载条件,对所取得的研究成果进行了计算验证,可为海上风电建设或海上类似工程提供参考。
The technology of the grouting connection between the pile foundation and the jacket for the offshore wind turbine is summarized herein, and then the technology is discussed from the aspects of the grouting material, construction process ; function of the shear key, design of the internal structure of the annular space, etc. through the laboratory test and finite element analysis. In accordance with the geological and load conditions of an offshore wind farm, the result of the study is verified with the relevant calculation; which can provide a reference for the construction of the offshore wind farm and the other similar projects.
