依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死34例疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的:观察依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:选择发病后24h内急性脑梗死患者68例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组34例给予依达拉奉注射液30mg静脉滴注,每天2次,共14天;对照组采用安慰剂。两组基础性治疗相同。分别于治疗前、治疗后第7天、第14天进行神经功能缺损程度评分。结果:两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组神经功能缺损程度明显得到改善。结论:依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。
