摘要
基于价值链的原理,对商业模式创新路径及演进机理进行了分析研究。首先阐述了商业模式创新的概念及必要性,然后探讨了价值链对企业所起的重要作用,再结合企业作业价值链和产业价值链对商业模式创新进行了理论研究,最终得出通过价值链商业模式创新的演进机理,指出了本研究的意义及局限。
This paper has analyzed the path and the evolution of the mechanism of the Business Model Innovation based on the Value Chain. The first,it has described the concept of Business Model Innovation and the reason to study about it;and then explore the role that the Value Chain has played in the Business Model Innovation;then the third part acquired an evolution of the mechanism of the Business Model Innovation;finally,the significance and the limitation of the research on the topic has been discussed.
