摘要
介绍了射线实时成象检验系统综合性能参量测定的方法,并依据国内常见的螺旋焊管厂射线实时成象检验系统的基本结构,结合常用GB9711—88和APISPEC5L标准中对射线实时成象检验系统性能校验的规定,指出仅按GB和API标准的要求调整和测定射线实时成象检验系统性能还不够完善。因此在GB9711-88和APISPEC5L标准相关章节补充完善之前,工厂应自我完善对检验系统的测定方法,以更大发挥检验系统检测能力。
This paper introduces the methods of determining the comprehensive properties and parameter adjustment for X-ray real time imaging inspection system. According to the basic structure of X-ray real time imaging inspection system in the common spiral welded pipe manufacturers, and combined with the calibration specifications of property of X-ray real time imaging inspection system which are required in the usually-used GB9711-88 and API Spec 5L standards, the paper sets forth that they are not enough perfect to adjust and determine the properties of X-ray real time imaging inspection system in accordance with the GB9711-88 and API Specification. Therefore, prior to the related chapters and sections for GB9711-88 and API Spec 5L, manufacturers should self-perfect the determining methods so as to make full use of capacity of the inspection system.
