摘要
用差示扫描量热仪(DSC-7)测量试样的转变焓(ΔH)和转变温度(Ms,As,Af)。试验预变形量分别为0%、6%和8%,加热和冷却速度分别为100K/min和20K/min。结果表明,合金在1000K下退火ε→γ转变没有全部进行。热循环不仅降低As点也降低Af点。随着预应变量增加,转变焓增加,As点降低。
Transformation enthalpy (Δ H ) and transformation temperature (Ms,As,Af)of Fe Mn Si Cr Ni alloy were measured by Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC 7).Before measurement some specimens were prestrained by 0%,6%or 8%.The heating and cooling rates were 100K/min and 20K/min respectively.The results show the ε→γ transformation is not complete after an annealing at 1000K.The thermal cycle not only decreases As but also Af.The transformation enthalpy(Δ H ε→γ)increases and As decreases with the prestrain increases.
