口腔癌相关蛋白质的细致功能预测

Finding finer functions for proteins related to oral squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)是人类最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。本文结合Gene Ontology功能先验知识,通过构建功能特异的蛋白质互相作用子网来预测口腔癌相关蛋白质的功能。我们以很高的精确率为已知部分功能的口腔癌相关蛋白质预测了更为精细的功能,这对于指导实验研究口腔癌的分子机制具有重要的价值。 OSCC(oral squamous cell carcinoma)is one of the commonest hunman malignant tumours. Based on protein interaction sub- networks defined in function - specific subspaces by using Gene Ontology, we suggest an approach to find the finer functions of OSCC - associated proteins. The proposed approach is able to precisely find finer functions for these OSCC - associated proteins. The predicted finer functions are highly valuable for guiding the follow- up wet - lab research on the molecular mechanism of OSCC.
