塑膜保水集热对马铃薯试管苗移栽适应性影响 被引量:6

Effect of Plastic Mulching to Water-storage and Heat-collection on Transplanting Adaptation of Potato Tuber-seed

摘要 试验研究了塑膜保水集热条件下,处理天数对马铃薯试管苗移栽成活率、保护酶活性、逆境受害程度、光合色素含量和生长的影响。结果表明:12 d处理下试管苗移栽成活率高,地上部生长速度快,SOD活性、CAT活性、MDA含量、Pro含量较对照低,叶绿素b/a比值、胡萝卜素含量较对照高;处理对根的伸长和叶绿素总量影响不大。 In mode of water-storage and heat-collection by plastic mulching,the experiment of effect of different days on potato tuber-seed's living rate of transplanting,activity of antioxidant enzyme system,degree of adversity damages,photosynthetic pigment content and growth was conducted.The results showed that 12 days treatment increase living rate,the shoot faster growth and the root elongation no affected.SOD activity,CAT activity,MDA content and Pro content lower than thoes of the CK,chlorophyll b/a ratio and the carotene content higher than thoes of the CK,total chlorophyll content was not affected.
