寰枢椎椎弓根钉棒内固定治疗创伤后寰枢椎不稳 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经寰枢椎椎弓根钉棒内固定治疗创伤性寰枢椎不稳的临床效果及其安全性。方法对8例创伤性寰枢椎不稳的患者施行经椎弓根钉棒内固定+植骨融合术,观察术后近期疗效及并发症情况。结果术中未发生血管、神经等重要组织结构的损伤;经10~22个月的随访,术后症状均得到不同程度的改善,无内固定物松动及断裂,所有植骨均达骨性融合。结论经寰枢椎椎弓根钉棒内固定是治疗寰枢椎不稳的一种可靠的治疗方法,有利于上颈椎稳定性重建及脊髓神经功能恢复。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of C1、2 pedicle screw rods internal fixation for traumatic at-lantoaxial instability.Methods Eight patients with traumatic atlantoaxial instability were treated by C1、2 pedicle screw rods intemal fixation and bone graft fusion.The immediate outcome and complications were observed.Results There was no vascular or neural in-jury.The patients were followed up from 10 to 22months.The clinical symptom was improved in some extent after operation.No loosehess or breakage of screw occurred.Bony fusion was achieved in all eases.Conclusion C1,2 pedicle screw rods internal fixation is a reliable method for atlantoaxial instability, which ean reestablish the upper cervical vertebrae stability and help to recover the spinalcord and nerve function.
