摘要
文章分析了我国信息咨询业存在的问题及发展的思路，并针对我省的实际情况，提出了建设和发展科技信息网络的建议。
In the paper,the author analyzes the existing problem of China's information consulting line and gives the ideas of its development. Based on the actual situation of Qinghai province,puts forward the advice to establish and develop the scientific and technical information network.
