摘要
本文就有关开发区建设的若干问题提出了合理化建议。其一是以建立大产业为目标，尽快提高企业规模和产业水平，同时要注重高新技术向传统产业的扩散；其二是遵从市场规律，以资本为纽带，加强联合，在发展中壮大自己；其三是在注重创建硬环境的同时。
This paper puts forward rationalization proposals about some problems existing in the construction of development zone.The first is taking the establishment of large production as the target,increasing production level and enlarging enterprise scope as soon as possible,and paying attention to the proliferation of high-tech into traditional industries.The second is obeying market law,taking the capital as the tie,enhancing the unite,strengthening enterprises themselves in the development.The third is enhancing the construction of soft-environment while paying great attention to the creation of hard-environment.
