胱抑素C的临床应用进展 被引量：4

摘要 慢性肾脏病（CKD）已成为全球性的公共健康问题。Zhang等报告北京地区成人CKD患病率为13．0％。Chen等。报告在以广州为代表的中国南方地区成人中，蛋白尿、血尿和（或）。肾小球滤过率（GFR）下降等肾功能损害指标的发生率为12．1％。日前使用的CKD诊断标准有赖于GFR的精确评估，
