男性乳腺分泌性癌一例 被引量：11

摘要 患者男，40岁。因左胸部无痛性肿块1年于2008年5月26日就诊。体检：于左侧胸部、乳头下方触及一个肿块，直径约1．0cm，质地硬，与周围组织境界清楚，可活动，无触痛，皮温正常，同侧腋窝未触及肿大的淋巴结。B超检查：左侧乳头左下方高回声团块，直径1．0cm。行肿块单纯切除术。
