摘要
采用反浮选研究了不同硬度用水条件下二氧化硅的浮选特性,探讨了pH和金属离子浓度对浮选的影响因素。研究结果表明,石英吸附钙镁金属离子随pH升高而增大;赤铁矿反浮选过程中,最佳pH随金属离子浓度的升高而降低;在高硬度水质条件下可通过降低氧化钙的用量和降低pH使浮选顺利进行。
In this paper, research is made on the reverse flotation in different water hardness conditions. The influence of the pH and metal ions like Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ on hematite reverse flotation is investigated. Experimental results clearly show that the adsorption ability of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ on quarts is increased along with pH increasing, and in the hematite reverse flotation process, the optimum pH is decreased along with increasing of metal ions density. In the condition of ultra hardness of the flotation process water, the corresponding ways are reduce the usage of CaO and reduce the minimum pH Value.
