摘要
复习古今中医对肺痹的论述，结合近代研究，认为肺痹是肺肾不足、邪痹肺络之病，治疗大法为补益肺肾、宣肺祛邪、活血通络。
By reviewing the discourses, ancient and modern, on Bi syndrome of the lung in TCM and combining it with modern research, it is claimed that the disorder is attributed to the deficiency of the lung and kidney with obstruction of lung collaterals by pathogens. The main treating principles should be benefiting the lung and kidney, dispersing the lung function and eliminating the pathogens, activating blood circulation, and dredging the collaterals. This disorder might include the interstitial fibrosis of the lung in western medicine.
