摘要
目的：探讨中西医结合治疗Perthes病的临床意义。方法：中西医结合治疗Perthes病27例，采取血管植入术及复方丹参浪静滴为主要治疗手段，与单纯手术治疗18例比较。结果：中西医结合治疗组优良率为88．9％。平均治愈时间8个月。单纯手术组分别是83．3％，11个半月。结论：复方丹参液能提高手术治疗Perthes病疗效并使疗程缩短。
To explore the clinical significance of T. C. M. &. W. M. to treat Perthes's disease. Methods: 27cases of Perthes' disease who were treated by vessel anplant and Injection of salvia miltiorrhiza Co. were compared with 18 cases treated by single Surgical operation. Results: Tile remarkable effective rate of the treatedgroup was 88. 9%,average time of recovery was & monthes. To the control group. the rate was 83. 3 % and thetime was 11 monthes. Conclusion:The treatment of intergratioll of T. C. M. &. W. M. can improve therapeuticeffect and reduce the time of recovery.
