摘要
危机沟通是应急管理的重要组成部分。良好的危机沟通能够满足不同层次的信息需求,保障公众知情权,增强政府应急管理的透明度,是应急管理部门进行正确应急决策的重要条件,有利于政府更好地实施应急管理。本文针对我国目前危机沟通过程中存在的问题,提出了在应急管理中进行有效危机沟通的对策。
Crisis communication is an important part in emergency management. Good crisis communication is in favor of the development of the right emergency decision-making; is favorable to the government for better implementation of emergency management; is conducive to meet the information needs of different levels, protect the public＇s right to know, and enhance the transparency of government in emergency management. Aiming at the current problems during the crisis communication in our country, this article put forward some cotmtermeasures on effective crisis communication in emergency management.
