摘要
黑龙江省资源丰富,地大物博,但在多年资源依赖型发展模式的影响下,经济发展已有衰退之势,出现了资源衰竭、生态环境破坏、产业结构单一、接续产业不足等资源经济多方面的问题,严重阻碍了全省经济持续发展的速度。黑龙江省应以科学发展观为根本理念,选择粗放经营向集约经营转变,自然资源优势向经济优势转变,充分考虑地区资源优势,促进产业结构的多元化,发挥地缘和资源优势,积极开拓国际市场,推进资源价格合理化。
Influenced by resource-depended development mode, Heilongjiang economy has declined recently with abundant resources and vast territory, and some economic problems appear gradually such as resource exhaustion, eco-environment destruction, single in- duswial structure, and insu^ciency of continuous industry, etc. which impedes its economic development. Based on scientific outlook on development, Heilongiiang should change management made fi＇om extensive to intensive and advantages from natural resources to economy, promote diversification of industrial structure, expand international market, and promote rationalization of resource price by means of regional and resoucce advantages.
