摘要
旅游区旅游发展影响因素研究对于其可持续发展具有重要意义．本文在对旅游区发展影响因素分析的基础上，依据区位交通、市场、经济、政策等影响因素将旅游资源非优区划分为综合型、区化市场型、普通型、欠发达型4种类型，并依其旅游发展主导因素的特征，提出相应的开发策略，最后以安徽省来安县为例进行了实证分析．
Research on the factors that impact development of non - optimal tourism districts is important for its sustainable development. Basing an the factors including location, traffic, market, economy, policy, we classify developable non - optimal tourism districts into integrated type, location - market type, general type and undeveloped type, and analyse the relevant strategies according to the dominant factor＇s character. Finally Laian city in Anhui is taken as an example.
