水中残留氯氰菊酯农药萃取条件的研究

摘要 [目的]研究萃取水体中的残留氯氰菊酯农药的影响条件。[方法]通过对影响提前效果的萃取剂、pH值和温度的优化,得出最佳的萃取条件,同时建立了萃取率同萃取时间的动力数学模型。[结果]结果表明,石油醚和乙酸乙酯的混合物对氯氰菊酯有较好的萃取效果,最佳体积比为90∶10,最佳pH值为8,最佳温度为25℃,萃取率可达90%以上。同时构建了对氯氰菊酯的萃取率同振荡萃取时间之间的动力模型和方程:(C0-Ct)/C0×100%=95.5-136.4/t。[结论]该模型可更好地表达出萃取率随时间的变化趋势。 [ Objective ] The condition affecting the extraction of the pesticide with residues of cypermethrin from water was studied. [ Method] The best extraction conditions were obtained and the best dynamic mathematical model of the extraction rate and time was established through the optimization of the extractants, pH value and temperature impacting extraction result. [ Results] The results showed that the mixture of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate could effectively be in the extraction of the cypermethrin, under which best ratio of volume was 90: 10; pH value ,8 and temperature, 25 ℃ ; the extraction rate was over 90%. At the same time, the dynamic model equations of the extraction rate and extraction time : ( C0 - Ct )/C0 × 100% = 95.5 - 136. 4/t was set up.[ Conclusion ] The model could express better the extraction rate trends with the extension of extraction time.
