摘要
研究了铌铁含量、稀土含量和温度对矿用牙轮钻头用钢20CrNiMoH碳-铌复合渗的影响。采用金相、电子探针和XRD,分析了渗铌层的组织、成分和相结构。与20CrNiMoH碳-硼复合渗的耐磨性对比试验结果表明,渗铌层中除铌碳化物相,还有7.35mass%~7.61mass%的Fe和单质Ce、Y、稀土元素及YC_2碳化物,并且其耐磨性是后者的1.6倍。
This paper studies the effects of Nb-Fe content, the rare-earth content and the niobiumizing temperature on 20CrNiMoH C-Nb cementation for the mine roller bit, and analyzes microstructures, compositions and phase structures of the niobiumized layer by metallographic techniques, electron probe and XRD. Compared with the wearing resistance of 2OCrNiMoH C-B cementation, there are not only Nb-C phase, but also 7.35 mass% - 7. 61 mass% Fe, the rare earth including Ce and Y, and the carbide YC2, and its wearing resistance is 1.6 higher than the latter.
