人类免疫缺陷病毒合并丙型肝炎病毒双重感染的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 随着高效抗反转录病毒治疗（high active anfi-retroviral therapy,HAART） 的广泛应用，人类免疫缺陷病毒 （human immunodeficiency virus, HIV ） ／丙型肝炎病毒（hepattis Cvirus，HCV）感染者的预后得到了显著改善，然而随着患者寿命的延长，其合并的HCV感染对患者的病死率有很大影响。终末期HCV相关性肝病是HIV感染导致死亡的主要原因之一。
