摘要
文章阐述了公共文化服务体系的内涵,分析了公共图书馆在公共文化服务体系中的重要地位,进而论述了公共图书馆在公共文化服务体系中的服务定位:保障公民文化权利、弥合数字鸿沟、社会教育、保护文化多样性、政府信息公开、文化娱乐。
The paper expounds the connotation of the public cultural service system and the important position of the public libraries in this system. Then the paper discusses the service location of the public libraries in the public cultural service system： the protection of cultural rights of citizens, bridging the digital gap, social education, the protection of cultural diversity, the government information publicity, culture and entertainment.
