摘要
采用735℃高温固相反应,在高纯Ar气保护下、配比为LiF∶MgF2∶AlF3=120∶100∶110时合成了LiMgAlF6。用X射线确定其结构为六方晶系。研究了LiMgAlF6中掺Ce3+、Eu3+、Gd3+和Tb3+的光谱特性。发现Ce3+对Tb3+有明显的敏化作用。
LiMgAlF 6 with the ratio 120/100/110 of LiF/MgF 2/AlF 3 was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction at 735℃ in Ar stream.Its crystal structure was determined by XRD It belong to hexagonal.The luminescence properties of Ce 3+ ,Eu 3+ ,Gd 3+ ,Tb 3+ and sensitization of Ce 3+ to Tb 3+ have been studied. It was shown that energy transfer between Ce 3+ and Tb 3+ is efficient.
