PROFIBUS-DP现场总线中时间性能分析

摘要 PROFIBUS是现场总线技术的国际标准之一。本文在简要介绍PROFIBUS-DP令牌总线协议的基础上,深入分析了影响总线数据交换、令牌传递、系统状态检查的各时间参数行为,应用随机过程建立了总线循环时间的数学模型,并重点讨论了令牌目标循环时间TTR和令牌实际循环时间TRR的关系,最后提出了改善系统实时性能的方法。 PROFIBUS is one of the international fieldbus standard . In this paper the token-passing protocol used in PROFIBUS-DP is briefly introduced first. Then the parameters in PROFIBUS system are analyzed that have influence on the timing performances concerning data exchange, token passing, system status check. The mathematical model of TBC is founded with Stochastic process. The relationship between Target Rotation Time and Real Rotation Time are discussed in detail. On these basis, the methods about how to improve the real-time performance of the system are concluded.
