摘要
本文对TMP/MDI及TMP/TDI两种加成物进行了封端反应,探讨了温度、催化剂及原料对封端反应的影响,实验结果表明:高温对TMP/异氰酸酯加成物的合成及加成物的封端反应均有利;催化剂能加快反应的进行;TMP/MDI的封端反应比TMP/TDI容易,这可能是由于空间位阻所引起。
In this paper,the blocking of TMP/MDI and MTP/TDI was studied.The effects of catalyst、temperature and feedstock on the blocking of TMP/isocyanate were examined.The results revealed that the presence of the catalyst indeed accelarated the reaction.It seemed that higher temprature was favorable to the reaction of TMP and isocyanate and the blocking of TMP/isocyanate.The reaction proceeded easily when TMP/MDI was substituted for TMP/TDI.This was explained by the handrance to space.
