摘要
本文运用WordStat软件,以美国情报科学与技术学会的BASIST上的论文作为研究对象,利用词频统计法对1998年10月至2009年1月期间Special Section上所载的论文进行统计分析,进而探讨美国情报学研究的热点和新兴研究主题,以求对我国情报学的科研有一定的学术导向作用。
By the use of WordStat software and taking the papers in the Bulletin of American Society for Information Science and Technology （BASIST） as the object of study, this paper uses the word frequency statistics method to analyze the papers published in the Special Section from October, 1998 to January, 2009. The paper further probes into the hotspots and latest topics of information science research in USA, attempting to play a role of academic guidance in information science research in China.
