摘要
本文基于数字环境下信息服务模式的取向分析,结合国家工程技术图书馆特点和优势,提出了国家级专业图书馆的服务策略建设措施,阐述了相关的组织管理问题。
Based on the analysis of the orientation of information service mode in the digital environment, and combined with the characteristics and advantages of the National Engineering and Technical Library, this paper puts forward the measures for the formulation of service strategies for the national professional library, and expounds on the issues of organization and management.
