摘要
知识经济时代的到来推动创新型国家的建设,知识信息在创新型国家建设中起到非常重要的作用,知识信息服务也成为国家创新体系中的重要部分。本文首先分析知识信息服务在创新型国家建设中的作用机制,指出创新主体知识信息需求的变化,在此基础上提出知识信息服务转型和发展思路。
The advent of the knowledge economy era promotes the building of the innovation country. Knowledge and information play a very important role in building the innovation country. Knowledge and information services have also become an important part of the national innovation system. This paper first analyzes the functional mechanism of knowledge and information services in building the innovation country, then analyzes the change of the demand of the innovation entity on knowledge and information. Finally, the paper puts forward some ideas of transforming and developing knowledge and information services.
