摘要
本文基于新公共管理变革和政府信息化的"双重变革",综合考察我国政府信息资源管理所面临的挑战与不足,尤其是信息资源规划方法当前面临的主要问题,探索其可能的改进途径并提出改进构想。
Based on the ＂Dual Transformation＂ of new public management innovation and government informatization, and making a comprehensive investigation of the challenges and deficiencies faced by the Chinese govern- ment information resources management, especially the main problems faced by the current information resources planning method, this paper discusses the possible improvement approaches and proposes some conceptions for perfection.
