摘要
从国际视野和国内实践的高度出发,提出了情报竞争力应具备的6个方面能力以及科学评价情报竞争力的42个指标,调查和评估了我国国防科技工业的情报竞争力,阐明了国防科技工业当前的竞争态势及其对竞争情报的需求,在系统分析我国国防科技工业情报竞争力差距基础上,探索了提升国防科技工业情报竞争力的举措。
From the perspective of international view and domestic practice, this paper puts forward 42 indices covering 6 fields to evaluate intelligence competency. The paper investigates and evaluates the intelligence competency of the defense S ＆ T industry of China, clarifies the present competitive situation of the defense S ＆ T industry and its demand on competitive intelligence. Based on the systematic analysis of the gap of the intelligence competency of the defense S ＆ T industry of China, the paper puts forward some measures to enhance the intelligence competency of the defense S ＆ T industry.
