摘要
了解血液净化专业护士核心知识掌握情况及影响因素,探讨专科培训的重点与内容。方法采用自行设计的问卷对佛山市从事血液净化专业1年以上的84名注册护士进行知识问卷调查,并用回归分析的方法探讨其影响因素。结果血液净化专业护士对专科基础知识与专业知识掌握不扎实,在临床思维判断能力方面还有待加强。其中培训时间的长短、职称以及学历水平影响了血液净化专业护士的知识掌握程度。结论采取分层级多元化的培训,建立长效培训考核机制才有利于血液净化专业护士走专科化建设道路。
Objective To investigate the core knowledge of professional nurses in blood purification, to analyze the influencing factors, and explore the focus train- ing content of Mood purification specialists. Method Eighty - four professional registered nurses,who engaged in blood purification for more than 1 year in Foshan City,were investigated with a self- designed questionnaire. Results The lasic and specialty knowledge of professional nurses in blood purification were not enough. And their clinical thinking ability need be strengthened. Training time, professional title, and education level had an impact on their knowledge. Conclusion It is benefial to develop blood purification nursing specialists through hierarchical and diversification training and establishing of a long - term training assessment mechanism.
