摘要
[目的]探讨大豆异黄酮对高脂饮食诱导大鼠脂肪肝的治疗作用.[方法]取50只SD大鼠随机分成5个组,即正常组、高脂模型组、大豆异黄酮小、中、大剂量组.除正常组外,其余各组给予高脂饮食诱导建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)含量,计算肝脏质量分数,观察肝脏病理学变化.[结果]大豆异黄酮可降低脂肪肝大鼠肝脏指数及血清TC,TG水平,并可明显改善肝组织的病理损伤.[结论]大豆异黄酮对实验性大鼠脂肪肝有明显的治疗作用.
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the protective effects of the Soybean Isoflavones on hyperlipidminduced fatty liver in rats. METHODS 50 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group, model group, low dose, medium dose, and large dose of the Soybean Isoflavones treatment groups. The fatty liver models in rats were established by oral administration with high fat diet, and serum triglyeride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) were detected and the liver index was calculated, and pathological changes of liver were observed. RESULTS The Soybean Isoflavones could reduce the liver index, the levels of TG and TC in the fatty liver model, and improve markedly the pathological changes in the liver tissue. CONCLUSION The Soybean Isoflavones has a therapeutic effects for hyperlipidmi-induced fatty liver in rats.
