摘要
在筒式油液减振器工作原理和噪声发生特征分析的基础上,开发出了一种减振器异常噪声检测装置。介绍了该检测装置的激振台架设计、硬件组成和软件设计,并详细探讨了该系统测控平台中数字示波模块的实现以及在Visual C软件开发环境下数字示波模块的设计方法。实测表明:该检测仪设计合理、软硬件运行可靠、检测功能和精度均满足实际要求。
A device for testing shock absorber' s abnormal noise is developed based on work principle and abnormal noise character of vehicle hydraulic shock absorber. This paper introduces the excitation bench' s design,hardware constitute and software design for the testing device. Then the realization of digital oscilloscope module applied to general measurement & control platform in the system, and the design method of digital oscilloscope module under the Visual C development circumstance is discussed in detail. The field operation shows that the instrument has reasonable design, its software and hardware are reliable, both testing efficiency and testing precision can meet the practical requirement.
