摘要
中国现有的贫困人口呈现出围绕于地理区域的"块状分布"格局。基于此,通过将区域协调发展的一般性理论与扶贫开发工作特点相结合,根据各区域对利益共同点的感受力,构建基于区域协调发展、跨越行政区域以地理区域为扶贫单元、整体推进的扶贫开发工作模式,不失为提高当前扶贫开发工作绩效的可行之路。
The existing poverty-stricken people in our country present the pattern of ＂massive distribu- tion＂ according to physiographic region. Through unifying the general theory of coordinating regional development and charactersfics of poverty relief development work, according to sensibility of various regions to benefits, poverty alleviation and development model is constructed based on coordinated regional development, poverty relief unit on the basis of physiographic region beyond administrative division, poverty relief development pattern in full swing, which is helpful for performance of current poverty relief development work.
