摘要
采用纳米介孔二氧化硅修饰碳糊电极检测不同浓度的抗坏血酸,实验结果表明,抗坏血酸在0.1~2μmol/L浓度范围内峰电流与抗坏血酸浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:Ip(μA)=1.236+3.207C(μmol/L),相关系数为0.981,检出限为0.02μmol/L。
Mesoporous SiO2 modified carbon paste electrode was used as a working electrode for the selective ascorbic acid by adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The results showed that the peak currents were linear to the concentration of ascorbic acid over the wide range from 0.1 μmol/L to 2 μmol/L, and the detection limit was 0.05 μmol/L, the regress linear equation was Ip(μA) = 1. 236 +3. 207C(μmol/L) ,R =0. 981.
