摘要
分析了PC料仪表盘壳盖的结构特点和工艺性,设计了热流道注射模结构,详述了热流道注射模的设计思路、总体结构、热流道系统和冷却系统设计。针对高温高黏塑料的工艺特点,介绍了X型4点进料热流道系统的结构、加热功率计算、热膨胀计算和隔热措施。
A hot runner injection mould for a panel shell cover made of PC was designed based on analysis on the structural and technical requirement of the product. The general slructure of the mould and the design of cooling system were presented. In particular, a description was given to the structure of a hot runner system with X-shaped 4-feed inlet, the calculation of heating capacity and thermal expansion, and the heat insulation measures that are on the basis of technological characteristics of high-temperature and high-viscosity plastics.
