摘要
文章论述近年来高校图书馆大量购置数据库,因宣传、推广、培训不到位,未达到预期效果。应将社会学中培训志愿者的TOT模式引入高校数据库推广和培训,以提高数据库的利用率。
In recent years a large number of colleges and universities to purchase the library database, the database as a result of past publicity, promotion, training in place, the use of the database is not the desired effect.
