摘要
本研究以白姜花、栀子花、墨红花等鲜花为原料，进行了浸提香成分的试验，分析了鲜花浸提过程的影响因素，归纳出鲜花浸提过程的一些规律，得出不同采花时间、固液比、浸提时间、浸提次数。
Based on the extracting experiments of several fresh flowers, such as Hedychium coranrium, etc.,the affecting factors of extracting process of fresh flower are analysed and some regular patterns are obtained in this paper. The Results show that there are many factors affecting the yield and quality of concrete, such as, the time of picking and storing flowers, extracting times and the modes of storing, etc.
