摘要
通过不同干旱胁迫条件下杉木无性系光合特性指标的测定,研究不同杉木无性系光合特性对干旱胁迫的反应.结果表明:不同杉木无性系光合特性对干旱胁迫反应敏感.随胁迫加剧,各无性系净光合速率和光饱和点下降,光补偿点和CO2补偿点增加,供试无性系光合特性在胁迫条件下表现出明显的生态型差异,其中115号和286号2个无性系具有较强的耐旱能力.
Photosynthesis responses of
Chinese fir clones under different water stress have been studied in this paper. The result
shows that photosynthesis responses of different clones under water stress are sensitive . Net
photosynthetic rates and light saturation points of different clones are decreased and their light
compensation points and CO2 compensation points increased under water stress. There are
significant difference at photosynthetic characters among different clones under water stress.
Among them,No.115 and No. 268 clones have higher drought tolerant ability than other clones.
