摘要
研究了烤烟施用化肥(Ⅰ)、饼肥+化肥(Ⅱ)、腐殖酸+化肥(Ⅲ)对烟草不同生育时期叶片内还原糖含量、淀粉酶活性、游离氨基酸及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,处理Ⅲ的烟草叶片中叶绿素分解延缓。烟株自圆顶期后,叶片中还原糖含量略高于处理Ⅱ,明显高于处理Ⅰ而游离氨基酸含量略低于处理Ⅱ,明显低于处理Ⅰ自现蕾期后,叶片中还原糖与氨基酸比值明显高于处理Ⅰ作者认为,在促进烤烟碳氮代谢强度的适时转化,对烟株全生育期营养均衡供应的调节作用方面,增施腐殖酸肥料和芝麻饼肥均优于单施化肥处理,尤以腐殖酸肥料效果最佳。
Studies were carried out on the physical and biochemical characteristics in flue cured tobacco under three types of fertilizer.Fertilizer treatments were as follows:Ⅰ(chemical fertilizer),Ⅱ(sesame cake fertilizer+ chemical fertilizer),Ⅲ(humus acid+chemical fertilizer).The experiment indicated that the disintegration of chlorophyll were delayed and the content of reducing suger in Treatment Ⅲ was higher than that of Treatment I from budding stage to full plant stage.On the contrary,the content of free animo acid in Treatment Ⅲ was lower than that of Treatment Ⅰ.A conclusion is reached that both Treatment Ⅲ and Ⅱ can improve opportunely the transformation of carbon and nitrogen metabolism after budding,and regulate the mutrient supply balanced in all growth period.The effect of Treatment I is bad.
